The National Productivity Awards have been created and launched simultaneously with the launch of the Productivity Network. These tributes have six categories and there will be a local, regional, and national winner, defined as Most Productive, in each category.
The National Productivity Awards will acknowledge those companies that are productive and will encourage other companies to commence and reinforce productivity initiatives. The importance of productivity and its direct impact on the standard of living needs to be continually emphasized and recognized.
Those companies launching major programs to improve productivity can participate in the program and benefit from competition with their peer companies. Improved productivity improves gross margins, which improves the profit for a company.
